David joined Baird in 2014 as a Financial Advisor and became Partner of The Duffy Group in 2016. Prior to joining Baird, David was Vice President at a boutique estate planning and wealth management firm in Phoenix for 6 years working with affluent business owners, professional athletes and celebrated entertainers.
David graduated from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, majoring in Managerial Economics. He holds his FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses. Credentialed with the Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC) designation, David is regarded as an expert in the highly specialized retirement plan industry. He also recently obtained his Certificate in Personal Financial Planning from University of California – Los Angeles and is licensed as a Life, Disability, Health, Long-term Care, Property and Casualty Insurance Broker.
David is an active member of several organizations including Executive Council Charities (EC70 – nonprofit dedicated to helping Arizona youth), Central Arizona Estate Planning Council, East Valley Estate Planning Council and the Celebrity Fight Night Foundation committed to Parkinson’s research. David is an avid golfer, sports enthusiast and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
